Whether it was playing Junior Soccer in England, running my first marathon at 14 in Fiji, racing the New Zealand Ironman at 37, working in the building industry, or as a Sports Trainer and Remedial Therapist while being an Associate Masseur to the Queensland Academy of Sport. Life has its challenges, and its up to you what you get out of it. I have however, been honored over the years to have worked with, trained along side and assisted some amazing people. From unemployed to national, world and Olympic champions, to the elite in the business world in varying industries, as they step out of their comfort zones and battle their mind and body daily to stay on course with their goals. I have, as most of us have, seen and experienced depression, heart attacks, strokes, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, life lost through sickness and the aging process, injury, malnutrition, the over weight, the suffering and struggle from all walks of life in many countries throughout the world. The purpose of this health & fitness section of the website, is to assist and guide you and your family in the right direction, when dealing with your health, fitness and all round longevity. Information displayed on this website has been compiled over years of research, studying, talking, reading, listening, self experimentation and working in the industry. The information will assist you in the simple processes of the health & and fitness industry, where to find the experts and who to talk to with regards to making the right decision in preventing injury and sickness.
